A lovely hotel in a historic building. The staff was some of the nicest I've encountered in Slovakia. Very convenient location next to the train station and a quick walk to town.

Great place to stay right next to the station. Restaurant shut at 20:00 could not find anywhere else to eat.

Great hotel near train station, excellent service
The hotel is just next to the train station, but there was no noise at all in the room. Service was excellent, staff at reception as well as in the restaurant was very helpful. Nice breakfast as well.

Excellent location and dedicated staff who managed the very difficult Covid-19 semi-lockdown very well and did their best to provide service and quality with very limited access to hotel amenities. Great staff Nice Location Very Clean and Safe

Mixed feelings. Would not stay again probably. Noisy room and location and the most uncomfortable bed i have ever slept. For me at least!!!

CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE
In my humble opinion is one of the best hotels in Poprad. I stayed 2 times in this hotel. Comfortable parking is available in front of the hotel (for free). The rooms are clean, bathrooms are new and provided with basic accessories like cotton buds and cotton disk. There's a restaurant/cafe where you can eat something typical, last order 20.30. Wifi is available for free but needs to be improved. Connection sometimes is too slow. Buffet breakfast is good with many options, salty and sweety. The fare is fair :)

Trip with my daughter and brother
The only down side is the area near a central station and 10 minutes from city center, at night I did not feel too safe with a few drunk and homeless people near the hotel. Size of room was great for 3 people, rich breakfast, friendly staff, I would recommend and love to visit again. They should consider maybe spa services/gym.

1. The elevator didn't work (we understand it can happen, but not for 3 nights.) 2. Breakfast is ok but expectations for a 4* hotel is higher, 3. Location is very good but the side facing the train station is noisy .

Great old hotel from 1898
Great hotel next to the railway station. Very nicely refurbished but still preserving the fin de siecle decor downstairs. The staff was very friendly, spoke good-decent English. The restaurant was outstanding. Good WiFi, nice rooms but could use air conditioning, otherwise faultless.

Great hotel. Built in 1898 next to the train station. It is nicely refurbished but still has the fin de siecle style preserved in the downstairs while the rooms are contemporary. Friendly staff, the restaurant is excellent. Parking right in front. The only thing missing is air conditioning

Foi excelente! Como queríamos visitar o parque Nacional dos Altos Tratas Eslovacos, o hotel foi uma excelente opção pois ficava mesmo em frente à estação de comboios que nos levava para todo o lado. O pessoal era atencioso e muito prestável. Foi uma excelente opção.

The hotel is next to the train and coach station that it is so conveniente. The guestroom is spacious.

Business option
There for a business trip. The hotel is next to a train station has a decent restaurant, nothing extravagant just meant as a place to grab a bite for travellers. Rooms were large and comfortable unfortunately no aircon during a summer night, but they did provide a fan.

Comfortable, grand hotel next to station
I spent four nights at the Hotel Europa, and found it to be a great base for exploring the area around Poprad and the High Tatras.

Отель очень понравился. Идеально сочетает цена/качество. Завтраки сытные, но мало разнообразия. Отель стоит возле ж/д вокзала, но ни шума ни людей мы не наблюдали. Парковка бесплатная, рядом находится пост полиции. Данное соседство на комфорте не отразилось. Неподалеку аквапарк, а в 12 км горнолыжные трассы.
