"Front desk lady at check in was lovely. Room was pretty clean, only thing was the shower stall in bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried soap suds on the wall, hair, and chewed gum on top of the shower head. Otherwise the room was perfectly fine."

This should’ve been about a $5 night stay. The absolute worst hotel we’ve ever stayed."

The set up is definitely better suited for long term stays. The room's amenities were pretty bare bones but has a nice kitchen and fridge and plenty of storage. "Very disappointing experience. The room was dirty, there was leftover food from a previous guest in the refrigerator, and the exposed metal bed supports were a serious safety hazard. I hit my ankles on them multiple times, causing significant pain. The condition of the room was so bad that I checked out within two hours. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend."

I asked to cancel reservation and Desk Manger said no issue whatsoever but I had to do via Expedia. Expedia would not allow me to cancel as it was past the check in time. 100% pissed with Hyatt & Expedia what a bunch of amateurs!"
