Superb Spa facilities very brand new and large, but the man who ran it was very rude and refused us access as he wanted to close it early so he could go home. Even though it was all still open - 15 mins before close (we only wanted one go in the sauna). It was running but empty with no one in it. As we have sadly found in various swiss places, there is a lack of customer service - mostly unfriendly or unhelpful, especially as we had a small baby - Italy is MUCH better. Excellent breakfast with prosecco. Melissa at the desk was very lovely and helpful, very charming. The hotel has been clearly refurbed - needs outside decorating now.

Big spacious hotel with beautiful views. Nice pool area and spa. But spa was empty of staff with no water put out one day and then the next day had over attentive staff. Also there are no hot tubs. Soaking pools are just a bit above room temperature for some reason. Breakfast had extensive options.

We got to the hotel early and dropped our bags off. The concierge was super, and gave us ideas of what to do in St. Moritz. He offered a taxi ride in the morning which would take 10-15 min for $70 CHF. We declined. When we came back the receptionist was not helpful, room was not that great, and we were given no information for dinner, wifi, etc. It felt like we were bothering her. Suggest staying elsewhere, for the amount of money you pay. At least get a good view.....
