"Simple place, room was clean. Would have liked better shampoo/conditioner options as it was very hot and dusty and had to go buy some"

"Hot water was not working. Advised staff who sent someone to fix it. We were told we'd have hot water in 15 minute, it took 40 minutes for even a Luke warm shower. By this time the water pressure with the warm water was a trickle. Advised staff about this and the fact the shower was dirty with used washclothes from previous tenant. No credit or sincere apologies were made. Very disappointed."

"Great breakfast, spacious rooms, friendly staff. Laundry also very convenient."

"No air conditioning in July but the altitude kept it cool enough. The restaurant was closed at this time which was disappointing especially for breakfast. It's an 'okay' place to stay."

"The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off. When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter. The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean."

"The room could have been a little cleaner. The breakfast didn’t have a ton but was able to hold us over until we got food elsewhere. The entrance/side entrance was a bit of a walk. Dog friendly! Had a mini fridge and microwave in the double queen rooms."
