Arrival was seamless and our bungalow was ready when we arrived; which made the experience feel effortless right away, especially after multiple days of travel. "It used to be so convenient when you could walk across the street. Now it’s about a 1/2 mile walk UPHILL and completely around the property. Now you really need a taxi unless you don’t have luggage. Staff was friendly as always and room was basic as expected but definitely not cheap anymore. Breakfast was $12 for bread and cereal so we opted for a sandwich at a market down the road. Since you need a taxi now I will find a nicer place to stay. Too bad because I used to love this place."

"About the closest thing to the airport you can sleep at. The walk there from the terminal is doable for younger parties, but still a ways off through sketchy underpasses. Shuttle in the morning to the Airport is very real, very clutch, and they start at 4:00am and go every hour. It's an airport hotel, not a resort - tuck into your dozen-story person-shelf and get some rest. Find someplace else if you're planning on staying on the island."

"All staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The room was very clean and very nice and comfortable as were the grounds!!! We would like to suggest that the quiet hours be enforced in reverse. Meaning we were informed of a noise complaint at 6:30 PM that was reported by a occupant next to us and quiet hours didn’t start till 9:00 PM. "The photos on the web site make these rooms look a tad bigger than what they are. These would be great for a student or a traveler with not too much luggage. We of course had two weeks worth of luggage (gotta bring snorkel gear, booze, etc), and after an 8 hour flight my wife was not having it.
