"The room was clean except no garbage bags were put into the garbage, pool and lobby were clean as well as the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was okay some of the meat wasn’t cooked great but lots of options were offered. Pool was clean and always had clean towels stocked up."

"Everything was great"

"Well to start I opted for the premium room with balcony. Prior to arriving to the hotel I had requested a late check out with no response from the property. Upon arriving and checking in I was informed that I would have to call at 9am the day of check-out to see if my request would be granted. I responded by telling them, that defeats the purpose of a late check out if I have to be up at 9am to call them. "It was a good stay"

"This newer hotel is lovely and the staff very attentive. We only stayed one night but used the pool and it was clean and fun with hot tub and water slide. The room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed, And lots of hot water each time. Walking distance to Polo Park and large movie theatre. Would recommend this hotel for stays near airport and shopping trips."

I also appreciated having a full-size fridge and freezer, especially for keeping medication cold. Breakfast was the big disappointment. It was one of the poorest hotel breakfasts I’ve come across, so we left and went to Denny’s instead. I mentioned it to the staff, who said they were working on improving it. I hope they...

"Nice clean rooms , food poisoning from the restaurant though"

"Breakfast was great. Clean. Pool was nice."

"My favourite hotel in Winnipeg."

"For the price nothing special. Average and getting dated in areas. Front desk was bland and unfriendly at check-in. Also forgot my wakeup call. Next morning did not get the shuttle to the airport as driver did not show up, despite being on the list for the pre-booking. The front desk (different person) was apologetic and provided a taxi with a voucher. Customer service needs to be improved sorry. Security also inattentive 6 of them standing around front desk talking and looking at their phones.....
