"Great property, we only stayed for the day, had late night flight. Enjoyed the pool, beaches on site open to the public. The Restaurant was very good, great staff. The Negative was coming off cruise the hotel was not prepared to handle the customers that were checking out or checking in. They wanted to charge $90 for early check in before 2pm. "Wonderful property with access to swim in pool or area in Laguna to snorkel and see beautiful fish, eels and turtles. Great restaurants, entertainment and shows. But take your own blow dryer because theirs was like blow drying your hair on a very low setting. The drains are very slow so a 5 to 10 minute shower will incur water about 2 inches of standing water. I contacted the staff about this issue and they send maintenance but nothing was done to fix the issue. I loved the views and resort but...
