L’hôtel Palm Beach bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel au centre-ville de Pointe-Noire, avec une vue imprenable sur l’océan Atlantique. Malheureusement, cette localisation stratégique est gâchée par une absence flagrante de modernisation et d’entretien. Les chambres sont vieillottes, décorées dans des couleurs ternes et démodées. La salle de bain donne une impression de négligence, avec des carreaux jaunâtres et brunâtres, des rideaux de qualité médiocre, des moquettes tachées et un petit frigo hors service. L’entretien général laisse à désirer. Rien n’est fait pour offrir une expérience digne du standing que cet hôtel pourrait atteindre. Palm Beach passe à côté de nombreuses opportunités : accueillir une clientèle d’affaires, devenir un lieu de détente chic face à la mer, ou encore établir des partenariats solides avec les entreprises locales. Tant qu’une rénovation complète ne sera pas engagée, l’hôtel continuera de décevoir.

Bonne emplacement pour les touristes qui visitent le coin. Petit déjeuner nul vraiment, savon a la douche il faut demander. On nous a dit que pour avoir une cuillere il fallait demander la veille. Alors qu il ya le bouilloire pour la tisane(propre). En tout cas calm pour le repos. Piscine accessible a tout moment

La faute ne revient pas à l'hotel, c'est dur de lutter contre. Je tiens juste à informer aux prochains clients de faire attention aux moustiques, ne laissez pas la porte de votre chambre entrouverte peu imporréveillerson. Par contre il serait bien de demander aux Hommes de ménages d'être plus discrets quand ils font le ménage dans les chambres à côté de celles qui sont occupées par les clients. C'est désagréable de se faire réveiller par les bruits à 8h du matin tous les jours alors qu'on est en vacances. Aussi, veuillez mettre à jour les prix sur la carte du restaurant dans les chambres. L'addition a été au-dessus de nos attentes.

Paradise in Pointe Noire

Really enjoyed my stay at the Palm Beach. Excellent location, across the street from a beautiful beach and walking distant to a number of excellent restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff and great food. Management superb always available to assist with your needs. Highly recommend. I would not stay anywhere else.

Al massimo un 3 stelle...Grandissima delusione!!!

quando siamo arrivati la stanza era poco pulita, il bagno soprattutto molto sporco. Gli asciugamani vecchi e ormai ingrigiti. Il letto è terribilmente scomodo, si sentono addirittura le molle di ferro, tanto da causarci gran mal di schiena. Abbiamo richiesto la navetta che venisse a prenderci all'aeroporto e nessuno dell'hotel ci ha comunicato se e quanto costasse, di conseguenza abbiamo dato per scontato che fosse gratuita, invece al check-out ci hanno addebitato 30.000 franchi!!!! Che in Congo sono davvero tantissimi soldi e in più volevano addebitarci dei consumi dal mini-bar mai fatti!!! Non ci hanno dato nemmeno la possibilità di stampare le carte d'imbarco del volo di ritorno. La colazione è pessima, la sala colazione vecchia e trascurata e le vetrine del cibo erano anche sporche!!! Non torneremo MAI PIù in questo albergo, che non è affatto un 4 stelle, come si classifica, al massimo arriva a 3 (esagerando)!!! Unica nota positiva la vista della stanza sull'oceano e la buona qualità del cibo dell'hotel. Rapporto prezzo-qualità indecente!!

DON'T BOOK ! CONSTRUCTION ASIDE EXTREMLY NOISY

Do not book PALM BEACH HOTEL in Pointe-Noire!. There are a hudge construction of about 10 floors aside. The chinese workers work days and nights! even on sunday!!!! It is very noisy.

N'y allez pas!

Plus que déçus! L'accueil est inexistant et le personnel ne parle pas! Que ce soit au restaurant ou à la piscine, vous n'entendrez que rarement le son de la voix du serveur et n'espérés pas un sourire! La chambre est propre, repeinte mais la clim fonctionne à peine et il n'y a qu'une serviette pour deux. Peu de lumière également! Le petit-déjeuner est bien meilleur dans un Ibis! Tout se trouve sur le buffet, couverts, tasses, deux variété de pain, quelques fruits.. libre service car vous ne verrez pas de serveur non plus. Les transats de la piscine ainsi que le toboggan sont détruits, ils ont été remplacés par des transats en plastique bas de gamme pour lesquels des coussins ne seront disponibles que le samedi. Le resto est correct mais sans plus. Lors du check-out nous avons eu la surprise de découvrir que contrairement à la réservation, seul le petit-déjeuner d'une personne est inclus! Hôtel en construction juste à côté, les ouvriers travaillent le samedi également et comme il n'y a que le parking de l'hôtel entre la piscine et les fondations... c'est comme si on était sur le chantier.
