"Clean room , Good breakfast helpful staff"

"The room was clean and well supplied when we arrived. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed as traveller's to the province by suggesting places to eat and sites to see."

"The hotel site shows pictures of the interior of the main building not the motel part. The motel part would only rate one star. Room small and looks like it was renovated on the cheap. Internet was weak due to the distance from the main building. If I knew I was going to be put in the motel part, I would chose a deferent hotel."

"The room was not very clean. Some of the towels were gray and dingy. The area rug was not clean or vacuumed. The kitchen cupboards were falling of the hinges. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. I reported all of this and nothing was done about it during my 3 day stay. There were 2 lamps in the bedroom that did not work. I did get them replaced by one of the employees. Very disappointed in the service I did not receive."

"The hotel is old, as everything in Charlottetown is, but updated and very clean. We were very comfortable here for three nights. The beds were soft but didn’t give my back any problems. Breakfast was limited but quality. Also, it really was close to everything - very walkable."
