"We went to go use the pool in the morning, but they were cleaning it at 8:30. We wanted to use it after we eat breakfast before we left at 11 but never got to use it at all. It was very disappointed."

"Fantastic stay!! Amazing value. By contrast I have since moved on to a new property state-side that is costing me nearly twice as much and is half as nice. The Sarnia Comfort Inn was terrific. So clean. Comfy bed. Quiet. Such kind and friendly staff. I can't comment on breakfast because it was served too early for me. Ending by 9:00 for someone on holiday was a bit much but I think they cater to a lot of working folk who are up and gone first thing. I didn't care as I am not a big breakfast...

"The front desk staff was really helpful and did their best to check everyone in as quickly as possible, even though they were busy. Our room was very nice, clean, and perfectly cold with the air conditioning, which we loved. For the price and the service you get, this place is definitely worth it. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"We’ve always been happy with Best Western Plus. Booked this particular one because we were in the middle of a heat wave and they advertised an outdoor pool. Discovered pool had never been opened. Extremely disappointed. We were given vouchers for a menu breakfast which was very good. However the one server was swamped and we waited for a good hour til we were served. All in all not a pleasant stay"

"I booked for my mom as were relocating her down, the owners are lovely and you can see where they are doing renovations, I do believe the other rooms are renovated to what the photos look but the room we ended up with was at the starting stages of renovations, patchwork on the walls and minor aesthetic issues, but for the price and the care of my mom's wellbeing from the staff I can't really complain about the room not being like the photo. Would book again"
