"Clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had a relaxing night at the baymont with our dog. We enjoyed music bingo and drinks in the lounge. Staff were friendly and welcoming. If you’re a light sleeper ask for a room that isn’t on the side of the building closest to the road, a lot of commercial traffic. It didn’t bother us however. Would definitely stay at this location again as they are pet friendly, with a reasonable pet fee ($20) where other hotels in the area charge $50-75. Grassy areas around the hotel to walk your pet were a plus. No complaints, fair pricing, clean rooms, was exactly what we needed it to be for a 1 night stay. Some of the reviews worried me, but upon checking in I felt they were a bit overstated. It’s certainly an older hotel, the fixtures in the bathrooms were a bit dated, but we were not staying there for aesthetics, and for the price point your expectations should be reasonable. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you if you’re thinking of booking here, everything was in working order, beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We will definitely be back as we are planning a wedding in the area frequently over the next year or so. "

"Clean room. The check-in staff found an issue with my reservation. Actually, they found out I reserved it 3 times. They canceled two and reversed charges. "

"It was one of the best hotels that I ever stayed in. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The indoor pool was the best indoor pool I've ever seen. I just wish they would have had a hot tub also. We definitely plan on staying there again."

"No shampoo or body wash was in the room and they never brought us one even though we asked for them multiple times. Long check in line and very slow process. Garbage from previous occupants was still in the room. Toilets were not clean. Restaurants were not functioning well and only provided pizza. Awful stay. We won’t be back."

"Room had roaches and smelled like heavy cigarette smoke. There was spit all over the elevator buttons. We left immediately after walking in the room and seeing live roach."

"Great staff... i went there 10 years ago and said its out dated..10 years later nothing has changed... its still a great vibe... food was great even my compliant on not being able to take food back to the room... id go back in another 10 years and I vacation 30 times a year....it fits 40+ glory days to perfection as "champaige tower" is a perfect get away"

"The rooms were clean but the hotel was being renovated, so the lobby and elevator was in poor condition. Housekeeping was vacuuming the floor right outside room before late check out. The vacuum is mad loud. I think it’s time for a new one. Overall my stay was ok. The hotel served its purpose for an overnight stay. "
