We're sorry you had issues with your TV. We know customers like to bring a roku device and change the source on the TV. If you could please contact the front desk to help you with it next time. We do wash our bedspread every week on a schedule so we don't have an excuse to why it still smelled.

We do have coffee pots available upon asking for it. We have had some issues in the past year with other customers taking the coffee pots. But we appreciate the positive feedback!

We sorry you had a bad experience staying with us.

We had removed everything for our pool since 2017 so we apologies if you had seen something that we had a pool. We do have someone on site 24 hours a day if not there is a phone number out that you can call to get ahold of a manager.
