"We were not told about the lounge area or the outdoor sitting area. I found them when I was checking out. They had a coffee-water service area but never had any coffee. The bathroom fan runs 24/7, very noisy. Requested a king bed got a queen. No sitting chair in the room."

"Although the location was superb, the property fell short for what we paid per nights stay. It certainly felt smaller than the photographs. "Great location - we walked all over Plymouth especially to the waterfront. Not the shortest walk but manageable and a beautiful area. Hotel itself was very nice. Has a pretty cool arcade that you wouldn’t expect."

"Internet connection very weak - 1 to 2 bars most of the time."

"Love the fact that they are pet friendly"

I advise management, and they stated a maintenance person would take a look at it. They also showed they would text me and let me know whether the faucets...

"All good"

"Very nice rooms. Bathrooms were a little on the small side but they were recently renovated and in good shape. It would have been nice to have at least a continental breakfast, but there were no amenities of that type. Would stay here again if nothing else with more amenities were available."
