"Room was clean and staff was nice. One elevator was out of service and I found myself waiting on avarage 5 minutes for the other one and it was not running smoothly. When I booked they claimed to give a free upgraded congenital breakfast but there was only toast. May stay again but there’s better for sure."

"Front lobby staff were excellent and very helpful on check-in, but had a rude experience with one front desk staff when asking for a late check-out, think the name was Karen and maybe a manager, who was very rude. "If you’re looking for a clean and easy place to just lay your head down, this was perfect. Amazing location; streetcar stop right outside the entrance, and a public parking garage only 2 blocks away. Staff was great.
