"Amazing location near metro, restaurants and shops! Our room was extremely clean and quiet (couldn't hear neighbors or street noise). Check in and logistics were easy and we were grateful for easy and reasonable parking nearby. The bed wasn't super comfortable (felt like thick plastic over wobbly coils), but we managed. We'd stay here again and bring a mattress topper!"

"The room was very basic. It was not configured the way we had discussed at check-in but the front desk staff were able to assemble things at our request. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was acceptable but not as great as some of the reviews we had read. I had asked for some vegetarian options. The request was noted but there was nobody who was aware of it at the breakfast service. The attempt to give the impression of service was made but it fell short unfortunately. We had a very early morning flight on our day of departure and the night staff were super helpful to have coffee ready to see us off. The hotel is near the metro and the restaurants of the Plateau area. We walked downtown to the Jazz festival but it was also easy to pick up a nearby Bixi bike. "The apartment is adorable and very comfortable. There was a hot water issue which was taken care of right away. The people upstairs where walking around in boots (?) late at night and early morning. "If you’re just looking for a place to shower and get a good night’s sleep that’s close to the métro, this hotel is a great choice. During our four-day stay, there was a jazz festival happening right outside the hotel, which made the area lively and fun. We really enjoyed the atmosphere."

"It was a hot (40C) and humid night in Montreal. AC was not working. We requested to fix the AC or change the room. They didn't listen to us but offered us to immediate check out with refund which was not possible as it was very difficult to find a hotel last moment because of Canada holiday (July 1). We had to spend a sleepless night. The two receptionist girls at the front desk was not courteous and helpful. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotel before. "The location is the best thing about this hotel. Right next to the Berri-UQAM metro station, very useful. My room was clean and the breakfast is limited, but okay. The AC wasn’t working in my room and it was like 30°C outside… The Wi-fi wasn’t loading either. My bathroom was way older than the pictures. Parking is very expensive, but there are public ones around, you should park there. Reception looked nice, but it doesn’t really add anything."
