"Very basic, everything you need but if you want to hang clothes, you need to bring your own hangers. The blanket was very thin and mattress hard. It was fine for the few days we were there. No fridge or microwave in room. Rooms are large enough."

"We stayed at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth during our trip to Montreal and were blown away. We booked late after an issue with another accommodation fell through, so our room wasn't ready until three hours after check in. The manager more than made up for it, upgrading us to a better room at no extra cost and sending up dessert and fruit as an apology. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Don't hesitate to stay here. Worth every penny."

"Mediocre breakfast buffet for 13$ can ,there’s really nothing close to this hotel so in a pinch I’m sure breakfast would be ok but we didn’t give it a try Building looks like a renovated manufacturing facility but it works as a hotel Beds were soft n room was clean"

"I stayed for 3 nights and it was amazing. I arrived a few hours before check-in time. One of the reception staff informed me that my room wasn’t ready but a couple rooms were available next to the elevators if I wanted to take one. I declined and waited for my room on the 24th floor. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised it had Nespresso coffee pods and coffee maker, which I prefer. The hotel is next to the Metro which is easily accessible from outside or through the building. And the best part, there’s an IGA grocery store for anything that you need or forgot to bring. And just steps away there is a Jean Coutu pharmacy and a food court and some shops in building at street level. And, of course, Starbucks on the ground level. What else can you ask for? I especially enjoyed the pool area, the gym, and the Sauna. The best dry sauna I have ever used in a hotel. Oh, by the way, parking can be expensive and mind your head. Very tight and low ceiling height and won’t fit your Large SUV or truck. I know it’s no big deal but I was disappointed this Hyatt didn’t offer the KinetMd lotion like the Hyatt place in Chicago. Love this lotion. I asked the housekeeping staff and she came back with a couple generic trial sizes. But it’s alll good. She was really nice and I appreciate the effort. All the staff were nice and friendly. Good and cheap breakfast, lots of options. Would definitely stay here again."
