"Llegamos a las 11:00 am después de un largo viaje de avión, teniendo la habitación disponible nos la ofrecieron únicamente con un apego adicional de acceso temprano, la verdad entiendo está política en hoteles todo incluido, pero no lo entiendo de un hotel en donde solo vas a dormir. Lástima lo demás muy correcto pero con estos detalles inicias tus vacaciones con el pie izquierdo. No reconocieron el VIP Diamante de Expedía, ya que ni me ofrecieron upgrade de habitación, ni regalo (bebida de bienvenida) ni tampoco entregarnos la habitación de manera anticipada."
