"The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. "This is a uniquely beautiful hotel. The staff, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. We only had one issue and that was the water never got hot in Bath or shower room, it was only tepid warm- but we put that down to age of the building and amount of rooms probably using facilities at the same time. It did not dampen our stay and as forgot to mention it to reception they didn’t have the ability to fix the problem. I would definitly recommend this hotel. "

"I arrived a day early by accident 😬 but the staff were amazing and changed my day for me which i was truly grateful for. The room was spotless with a heater, fan, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc... I had a lovely evening swim in the heated pool. I didn't eat there as i was with my 13 year old daughter so we went to the nearby shopping center for food and a mooch around but the food at the hotel smelt so nice and it looked good with a nice bar and lounge area.
