"Nice view. Shower water was lukewarm. Excessive noise from the bar area until 10 pm, which was remedied in about 10 minutes- I thanked the staff. No elevators. Facility was dated and rooms need renovations. Fireplace advertised, but NO WOOD - sad. No beach. We will not stay there again"

"Next room they have TV so loud we check our TV and it was a big hole in the back of the TV wall that was connected to the other room. We place a towel to cover the hole , because we were listen next room TV🤔😥. They connected the two TVs but they forgot to close the hole in the wall. Anyway the hotel overall was nice . I hope they close that hole In the wall room 415."

"Una experiencia interesante, con una muy buena vista. Pero con algunas limitantes importantes. La temperatura de dentro de la burbuja tiene ser muy variable muy fría por la noche, considerando el sistema de aire que la mantiene y muy caliente por las mañanas. En cuanto sale el sol. Al menos entre semana, el personal de recepción no está en la noche, lo cual limita bastante si tienes alguna solicitud como Wi-Fi o ayuda para destapar el jacuzzi."

"No hubo servicio de nada, vimos al recepcionista el día que llegamos y nada más. No hubo ningún intento de contacto, me acerqué a preguntar si tenían servicio en el restaurante y dijeron que sí pero no había nadie, luego pregunté si tenían una marca de whisky para tomar al lado del jacuzzi y nunca más supe de ellos me tuve que acercar a la recepción para que me hicieran señal con la mano de que no había. Servicio nulo! No cambiaron la sábanas nunca, no hubo ningún gesto de nada en la habitación....

"Good place to stay if you want to unwind, be aware that they dont include the full policies in here, they dont list that they have an alcohol policy, and if you bring, you will have to pay for every single drink you own and open, also their wifi service is not good, and also be aware that for the deposit of you pay with card is good and fast but when it's time for you to take your deposit back, their terminal "don't work""
