The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. "

"We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. "
