"We refused to check in and had to find other local accommodations. The directions were off by 1 mile, requiring getting locals to help find the place. When we got there we found 1) No way to secure our belongings, since door locks were not working, 2) no A/C in the main rooms and 90 degrees without fans, 3) Open access from the public beach, 4) cockroaches, 5) bad neighborhood without the listed local restaurants and shops, 6) Poorly maintained pool, barbeque, and other amenities. "This is a new facility that already seems to be a few years old due to many corners being cut in the finishes and the way it was constructed. I stayed in it on the second week he was open and it already felt worn out.

"Loved the bungalow! Perfect for our one night stay. Downfalls were no hot water, the pool wasn’t clean, & the rocks between the place & the ocean. We are young, but I’m sure an older couple would struggle to get from the place to the beach.
We loved the vibes of this place. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Air conditioning worked great. "

"This property was amazing, cleanliness was amazing, host is very attentive as well as the workers there throughout the day. Very quiet area, great food spots within walking distance. The only issue I did have was arriving to property it was confusing with construction on the main road but other than that the experience at this property was a 10/10 and would highly recommend! "

"Well you can’t get a proper rest between the traffic noise (18 wheelers) all the time and other noises in the property like something was being dragged on roof or something . Very small rooms which I guess enough to just sleep if you’re able to. But was clean. Stuff at hotel. Not friendly at all it fell like I was bothering them at check in not a single smile. Except talking to each other guess that’s normal for customer service? But you get what you pay for. Just needed to sleep but...

"This was the perfect location and hotel for my family (2 parents, 2 kids, 1 grandparent).
It was super close to the car rental we used with available parking in the front and back of the hotel.
My kids greatly enjoyed the clean pool with the beautiful murals painted along the perimeter.

"The room was nice and clean, the A/C worked great, the food and service were excellent, and the location on the beach was perfect. I'm only giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because there was no mention when booking that the shared bathroom didn't have hot water. I think it's unfair not to include that because it might affect some people's choice. "
