"we don't know before arrived the room is cleaning only every two day. we are 4 in the room is bad. The restaurant is good, the breakfast stop early, don't change every morning and the server do not propose juices at every people why?and we do not ave access why? "

"Staff was excellent (5 star), hotel location was central to visit hollywood attractions and the amazing beaches (4.5 star). Unfortunately there are 2 negatives that drops our overall rating to (3 star). 1. The carpet is past due to be replaced throughout the hotel rooms and and especially the hallways. The carpet is discoloured making it unattractive and is a dangerous tripping hazard in the hallways as it has lifted and buckled from the under pad! (0 stars for carpet!) 2. The rooms that face the adjoining shopping plaza are noisy from all the delivery and garbage trucks traffic that starts in the wee hours of each morning. The rooms facing inside the pool courtyard were better for noise reduction, thank you staff for helping us move to a courtyard room location. "My family and I stayed at JBI for a week in early April. The staff at check-in were welcoming. The room was spacious (2 queen beds) and clean. There is a public beach on the marina next door with kayak rentals. It was an oasis. We would certainly return."

"Lovely clean large room, well equipped but could do with some sound insulation on the window as road noise at night is quite loud. Pool area really well maintained & clean. Would recommend to anyone as long as you drive or don’t mind a walk to the beach "
