"Customer service was outstanding throughout our entire holiday! The spa was absolutely amazing — highly recommended. The staff were all lovely and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bar offered a variety of drinks and the cocktails were amazing. "The beach was visible, with ocean views from the upper pool. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating upon arrival, departure, and throughout the process. Juan was there to assist us with our luggage & offered up support with a smile. Arrecio (?) Arsenio worked the front desk, always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice. I was inquiring how to purchase their wonderful-smelling lotion, shampoo & conditioner on our way out. These gents made it happen at the drop of a hat;...

"Staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were all clean and in order. There's two pools, with the one closer to reception being considerably warmer than the other and being where most of the hotels activities took place. Had booked this up quite late, so really wasn't expecting much, but I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised and I'd definitely book up here again."
