"Great hotel, love the garden. AC was very useful during heatwave. Only complaint is no control over the AC in the room. And it turns on and off in the night and is quite loud. If it was consistently loud it'd be fine. But because its controlled by the hotel staff, the turning on and off wakes you up. Dont let that turn you off the hotel though. Good choice"

"Very good, clean room. Comfortable bed. Good tea/coffee and biscuits. Only negative was the long walk to the room with several sets of steps which were difficult to navigate with two bags each. We mentioned this to staff in the morning, who were sympathetic and said it is possible to request a ground floor room."

"We showed up earlier than expected, front desk was more than happy to hold our bags as we were there for a music festival, reception was clean bar on the right looked warm and welcoming, the room was immaculate, we were given an unexpected upgrade which was more than appreciated, staff were talkative and impressionable nothing seemed too much, will recommend the brand and the branch to others"

"Brilliant overnight stay. Very close to the road, so a little noisy as we had to have the windows open. Shower had a very weak flow. Breakfast wad lovely, hot and fresh. Staff, very polite and helpful. We felt having to pay to park at the hotel we were staying in was unnecessary, it should be included in the stay. Few negatives, but would definitely stay again"
