"Excellent, clean room with amazing views and a hot tub on the balcony (infinity pool also looked great). Awesome, very attentive staff for any and all needs. "I was nervous about this resort reading prior reviews. We were upgraded on check in to a sea view room, it was beautiful. The front desk staff were all very helpful and answered all my questions. Our check out was later on in the evening and the hotel gave us towels and a place to store our bags so we could enjoy another beach day. They also have a shower stall near the lobby. "While the hotel was very nice, I’m sure there are plenty of very nice hotels in Mykonos to choose from. Maximus stands out from the crowd because of their staff. They make you feel like family while not being intrusive. Elsa who manages the food and beverage program is a huge asset and a wonderful person. "The hotel offers a free shuttle from and to the port and airport, which is a plus given the taxi fares on Mykonos. Hotel structure and location are excellent. Good breakfast and restaurant. The big con for us was the shower. While it had a glass box, it contained a clogged and slow drain which cause it to overflow fast with the main shower’s water flow, invading the bedroom floor and making a huge mess.
