"Our room was very different to all those on the photos. The outside of the hotel definitely is a little tired, noticed a few broken windows which made us question the safety of the area. That said, everything was quiet and no issues occurred."
"The apartment was very good but to check-in I needed to phone for the instructions to be released as they had not been by 3.30pm. And later there was a noisy party at the adjacent apartment with teenagers all over the place wandering around. It felt a bit threatening to be honest. The upside was I could walk to the place I booked this place for, but next time I will look elsewhere as it was overpriced."
"I loved how peaceful it was. The politeness of the hotel cleaning crew. The cleanliness of the room. The Harry Potter experience was amazing, I highly recommend doing it if you're staying there. The Tuscan restaurant food was delicious. "
"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...
"The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access.

"There is No parking. So add another $90 for 2 nights plus the inconvenience. Using KozyGuru to finalize the booking is more complicated than it needs to be, plus using them means reception has no record of your booking. Which in turn means you are pretty much on your own. Booked for 4 people, got a double bed, single bed & a couch? Funishings average, cleanliness average."
