"Weird odor upon entering the room; bathroom door was broken at the bottom; chair and lamp were dirty/had stains on them; rust and random paint patchwork throughout room. The bathroom was the worse part! At breakfast, there were moldy oranges. You can tell this place is very old and there isn’t much care about the upkeep or maintenance of the place. "

"Pleasant stay. Staff were fantastic. Got an early check in. For a 2 star hotel it met my expectations. Room was clean, beds were comfy, a/c, mini fridge, coffee. Pool. Would stay again."

"The hotel is designed around an atrium with every room having a window facing the atrium. I am not a fan of that design. If I had known about it, I wouldn't have picked it. The window facing the atrium had louvers, but some were difficult to close completely and they did allow some light from the hallway into the room. Fortunately, there was another door inside the room that could be closed by the beds for extra privacy. The rooms were clean and quiet. The lobby wasn't kept that clean. There were many people there as it was a Saturday in May. The workers did not keep up with keeping the lobby clean on the tables and there were stains on some of the couches. The lobby seemed small compared to the size of the hotel. The breakfast was fine but not exceptional. There was an Omelette station, but they were cooked on a grill which makes the eggs very thin, and they were cooked in too much oil. Omelettes need to be cooked in a pan for the right thickness. There were many food items on the buffet which was good, including fresh fruit, yogurt, bread choices you could toast, oatmeal, some hot foods, waffles, etc.."
