"Everything about this hotel was excellent from beginning to end. Check-in and check-out were smooth and convenient; staff were very welcoming. Our family suite was wonderful. We even got a free upgrade to a room with an ocean view! The pools were amazing, water was clean and warm. "Had a fantastic stay at Psaras. This was our 2nd time & equally enjoyable. Comfy beds, constant hot water, great position for restaurants, bars etc & maid service regularly. The only thing to mention is on our previous visit we could use the pool at the hotel in front. We were told we couldn’t do that any more as it’s an all inclusive hotel & it’s not free to use the pool/beds like it was 4 yrs ago. Otherwise all good "

"Unser Aufenhatl im Alai Crete war hervorragend. Wir haben das Hotel bereits zum zweiten Mal besucht. Das Hotel wurde frisch renoviert und hat vor Kurzem wieder geöffnet. Die Zimmer sind alle neu, der Frühstücksbereich und die Pool Area, sowie die Hotel Lobby wurde alles renoviert. Es sieht sehr hochwertig und elegant aus.
