"Everything was Great "

"This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room was dirty when we arrived, the cabinets were broken, there were roaches in the room, and the bedsheets were stained and looked unwashed. We stayed for 3 nights and housekeeping never cleaned our room once. The room also smelled terrible, and the door would randomly not lock, which made us feel very unsafe. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but they rarely answered. During our stay there were obvious drug deals happening around the property and many sketchy people hanging around, making the environment very uncomfortable. Most of the staff were rude and unhelpful, although I will say the manager was the only person who tried to help us and was professional. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend staying here."

"Just really old , dated and needs some improving. The hair dryer did not work, the cleanliness needed work. But the staff member who helped me was out check in and check out was sooo great! "

"On the surface cleanish, sheets and towels stained, vinyl floor doesn’t appear to get swept or washed regularly as my socks were black from minimal walking. Lack of maintenance or care for the property is evident everywhere. Exit sign hanging off the wall, an ice “room” without a door with an abandoned food bowl sitting in there during our stay and I’m sure it will be there for awhile. When we approached ice machine it smelled like it was rotting. We were in Albuquerque for a concert and options were limited and the location was decent. Pictures are very misleading. On the positive side we didn’t get bed bugs, air conditioners is cold, and the Denny’s was conveniently located!"

"Perks: great breakfast, pool, hot tub, and room. Cons: Terrible fitness area with a broken treadmill and a couple of dumbbells. It was incredibly small and could only fit one or two people at a time. Also the side doors were not working so we had to walk around the building to unload all of our stuff. I'll probably pick somewhere else next time."

"Everything at the hotel was great. The elevators in the other hand were not. At some point the main lobby elevators stopped working and had to use the maintenance elevators or the stairs. At some point they started working but it sure was a hassle."
