Wifi and aircon good Its safe there is security at night. Feel they should have cleaned my room once in the 4 days I stayed there. That they provide free shuttle should be taken down from travel sites because you pay 5000xfo each way."

"Dear Management On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link,  I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025. Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use.  I had to make other arrangements for my stay.
