I apologize for the confusion with the parking rates. I will make sure to go over these policies with our front desk team. Parking is always paid for directly at the garage for 16 per night unless you book a prepaid rate that includes parking. It is not given to all guests who book directly through the hotel. The tickets that the front desk has the ability to give out is 19 which is not less, and it is only given to corporate/group rate agreements that were made prior to changes in policy. There is no any lower rate for parking than 16 so you did get the best price possible.
