I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and had no issues. This time it was terrible, the room smelled and the bed was hard and the staff was not helpful at all. Will never stay here again

Don't Stay Here

Staff very friendly and helpful. At check-in we were assigned a room from a handwritten list, guests requested wash cloths and towels (they were being rationed). We were assigned two rooms from the list. Both rooms were problematic: holes in ceilings and walls (see photos). I've stayed in Knights Inn that were better than these rooms

I didn't like that the pool, restaurant and bar were closed for renovations and we weren't notified until we checked in. At four pm, there was only one lady doing the check-ins. There was a half-an hour wait because of it.

This place needs new management ASAP!

On my birthday Saturday September 3 2022 I waited in the lobby for a room with a king size bed that I already booked days before my stay for a hour. Along with two other birthday couples that wanted king size beds. The front desk staff is very slow and nonchalant. Most of the staff needs to be replaced along with whoever the manager is!
