"Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below...

"Terrible staff."

"No housekeeping"

"Its a low budget hotel. Rooms look completely different to pictures. Foreigners are accepted. Not clean at all and very noisy."

On my first night, a hotel staff member claimed there was an issue with my booking and that Expedia had contacted them to collect additional money from me. I contacted Expedia immediately and was told that my booking was fine and that they had never contacted the hotel. When Expedia attempted to call the hotel...

"Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! "

"We were refused our booking by the hotel as we were not Indian nationals. Nothing mentioned by the hotel when we booked but was turned away in reception. No refund from the hotel and no response from their head office or CEO. DO NOT STAY at any FAB Hotels"
