"Foi incrível. Jasmine e Emanuelle são simplesmente fantásticas e me fizeram sentir muito amado e acolhido em minha estada. Eu ficaria 1 semana se eu pudesse só pela estrutura, mas como se não bastasse a equipe trabalha de forma excelsa. De modo que pensei até que eram uma família a cuidar do lugar e não os empregados. Sou muito grato a Jasmine e a Emanuelle por tudo o que fizeram e em uma próxima passagem a Pistoia, certamente é lá que irei me hospedar."

"This is a new hotel in the outskirts of Pistoia. This is no disadvantage, as Pistoia is a rather small town. All amenities are excellent, as is the service. The restaurant provides excellent food at reasonable prices. All in all an excellent choice."

"Very helpful, friendly staff. Room (superior) was a really good size. A second day chair would be good! Bathroom clean and a good size. Bed comfy. There are sitting rooms, we used one each night and had it all to ourselves. Breakfast simple but everything you would expect for a continental breakfast. Some cut fruit or berries would have been good. However coffee was fab! Garden lovely though there is traffic noise. The view is spectacular! The pool looked really clean and had a good range of...
