"We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at Giuseppe’s property for one night as a stopover before our next destination, and overall we had a good experience. The room was very clean, the location was amazing, and we really appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Giuseppe also kindly let us check-out later and stored our luggage free of charge which allowed us to stay a few more hours in Florence and check out the local monuments before our departure. "Manager was very helpful in directing us to dinner and making sure we had a taxi for an early flight. I thought we would have a shuttle to the airport but instead we had the taxi that was very expensive. Not sure what happened here, but the manager/owner was very nice"

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."
