"Cloud 9 skybar had a great view of Prague & good cocktails and sushi. Hotel was very nice & had big rooms. Breakfast was also good with fresh to order omelets. Would consider staying again as staff is very friendly."

"The Cosmopolitan's location is perfect - restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, mini marts, spa/massage, metro/tram are within its surrounding area. It is close to the Palladium Shopping Mall which has a lot of shopping choices and a food court with diverse cuisines. For shoppers who can avail of the tax free in Prague, the Information booth can assist with that. The tram is 5 minutes walk from the hotel, in front of the Palladium. Tram 15 will take you to the St Charles Bridge and Our Lady Victorious Church where the Infant Jesus of Prague is housed. Tram 6 will take you to the Wenceslas Square. These sights are walkable but the tram is good for those with walking limitations. The astronomical clock is 10-15 minutes away for the brisk walker. It will be remiss of me if I will not give a "shout out" to the AWESOME BREAKFAST CREW whose team work is so evident in attending to the guests' needs. The front desk also was always readily available for anything else we needed for our stay. And the daily housekeeping - Fantastic! Definitely will be staying in this hotel on my return to Prague and will surely recommend it to family and friends."

"Breakfast was a good mix of eggs, meats, cereal, breads, pastries, fruits, salads and veg. Good coffee too. Room was clean but AC was almost non-existent. Luckily could open window a bit to let in some cooler air."

"The hotel was clean, quiet, and basic. A great breakfast variety. Very tasty. Location was central; 20 minute walk to Old Town Center. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were very soft. Not my taste. Front of the house staff did not me feel very welcome. Not a single ‘ hello’ when I returned from my excursions. I stayed for 3 nights. I would look for something closer to Old Town, if I came back. "

"We loved the Cloud One, room was great, short walk from the train station and the powder gate of old town. Nice rooftop bar for meeting after a day in the old town. Staff goes out of their way to provide a best experience for you."
