"Great spot to stay when landing at Heathrow Airport. The connecting bridge to T4 was extremely handy (but a decent walk!). I was able to use the hotel as a base to store all my luggage while exploring London each day. There are 3 convenient transport options to get into the centre of London via train (Elizabeth line, Piccadilly line & Heathrow Express). I tended to go for the Heathrow Express more often as it wasn’t as crowded and I didn’t mind swapping trains at T2/T3 or the extra $$$"

"This is not a hotel it’s like a cabin were there was no facilities at all even the receptionist are but helpful and they don’t know what they doing as if they were just put in a job on the spot no phone in the rooms if you need some inquiry or assistance there is no overnight staff so you could be stuck here as it’s far away from anywhere …as we explore and have happened to have conversations with local folks then we were told that this hotel is used to accommodate refugees!!"

"Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the double bed and single bunk bed for 1 night. Easy to get to from the airport taking the local bus. From terminal 3 we had to take 2 buses, but if you’re coming from terminal 5 it’s only 1 bus and takes less than 10 mins."

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times...

"Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building. Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...

"If you're under 60 I don't recommend this hotel. I think they need to make it more obvious that its catered to over 60s mainly."
