"The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing."

"The Pavillion was a great little hotel. Incredibly clean, small room but perfect for a nights stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A nice open fire in the lobby was a lovely touch also! Will definitely be returning next year. "

"This used to be my school until 1982 and it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful hotel with great amenities in amazing grounds. Ample parking and a safe environment leads to a peaceful and relaxing stay. "

"Accessible bathroom floor got totally soaked when showering. Room quite noisy from other guests, especially in the room above stomping up and down. Hoppa bus didnt turn up at 4.45am, so im really glad we decided to get the 5.15am one."

"Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. "

"This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. The food was good, we had a nice breakfast and paid for lunch in the bar. The hotel has multiple games including table tennis, table football, pool and arcade games, space invaders,...

"Just home from the most amazing five days here. The hotel is spotless and the staff all smiles,. My grandkids loved the warm swimming pool, the outdoor gym and the playground. The grounds are wonderful kept, full of mature trees, a war memorial and a pretty fountain. And that's before you get to the front of the hotel. The breakfasts blew us way, and our one evening meal was delicious. "

"Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport. Driving range and tennis courts were fun and there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax"

"I chose to stay here as I had a flight the following morning at Heathrow. It was the ideal location, with parking and right next to the Thames, walking distance from the Magna Carta. However what I didn’t factor in was the size and number of guests. Having stayed the previous night in a small 5* hotel, I found the noise and crowds rather overwhelming "

"Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility. Room was a good size, bathroom clean. Shower gels etc provided as was tea, coffee, biscuits. All was dated in appearance though, from downstairs bar...
