"Check-in was smooth, very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was small (we checked into a two double bed) and reeked of old cigarette smoke. We brough our two dogs with us and it was just too cramped for comfortability. After settling in, we noticed floors, headboards, and shower were dirty. After leaving (early), we didn't realize we were sleeping with cockroaches for the quick night we were there. Please stay at your own risk."

"It's centrally located to a variety of places to eat and shop, and close to HWY1. If you want to live out of your suitcase. The 3 drawers they have for you are the size of a desk drawer, and the small one is. If you do not watch TV, you are in luck. Only cable channels work. The cheap ones nothing major or movies. The picture is misleading. It shows better than what it is. I hope you are not taller than 5',4". Because you need to bend down to see your head in the bathroom mirror."

"The room was not pleasant. One of the drawers kept opening up for no reason. The shower seemed old and dirty. The carpet seemed like they were never washed. Simply, it was not worth the money and the number of stars. "

"This simple cottage was very clean and comfortable (and accessible for our senior family member!) The views were lovely and it was great to sleep to the sounds of the waves at night."
