"It was a great overnight place "

"Staff was friendly and or professional. Breakfast was decent. Air-conditioning was decent. We asked for a room with two double beds and ended up with a disabled room, and the bathroom was a nightmare with the motion sensor that would turn on the fan every time you went into the bathroom and even if you turned off the fan, it would turn back on. The bathroom was way too large and freezing. It’s a two star motel-like place, so it’s very no-frills, but a bit overpriced for what you get. Thankfully the bed and pillows were comfortable. We would stay here again, but we would get a regular room and on a higher floor so that we don’t smell people’s pot smoking outside."

"I can’t speak highly enough about our recent stay at the Windsor Suites. For starters, the property is immaculate. The rooms are sparkling and on site restrooms and amenities are also extremely clean. We found ourselves on the top floor with access to the sky lounge, an unexpected bonus with two kids along. We all enjoyed a quiet breakfast there in the morning, and the beverages were a real plus with lots of walking. The beds were very comfortable, and the room cooled nicely when it was time for bed. We also enjoyed the attached Irish Pub! Everyone we spoke to was warm and helpful, and had great recommendations for exploring. Thank you!"

"Great location for walking around Old City, and over to Reading Terminal Market. We lucked out and got to check in very early. Also lucky to get a room on the hall that doesn't open out to the atrium, which can get quite loud."

"Was not impressed with DoubleTree. The room was out dated, musty and smelled of mold. We asked to be relocated but the hotel was sold out due to Penn Relay. The staff was pleasant and requested housekeeping to vacuum the carpet. But the smell returned. Buffet breakfast was ok but not much variety if staying multiple days. Next year we will return to Embassy Suites. "

"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."
