"Our stay was just ok. Rooms were not ready for 4pm check in and we did not get a room until closer to 6. Finally get in the room and no towels. Had to find a housekeeper that wanted to give us two towels for 3 people. The hotel did their best to make up for it, which was appreciated. Some of the staff was not friendly at all. The check in process was confusing and being my first time there, I wish activities, open eateries, etc were better communicated. Very limited food options and not much...

"This Hotel is a beautiful place. This is my 3rd time staying here. The rooms and the bathrooms are huge! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family loves the pool. Also, very clean. I can't wait to come back. Parking is free and you are only a 7minute drive from the mall. Great location"
