"The staff team and cleanliness was very good. Location was excellent and it was easy to get to the train station. Breakfast was ok..the hot chocolate was delicious. Suggestions: muffins and non microwaved scrambled eggs (because they tasted hard), and the option to have fried eggs, seeded bread and grapes. "

"It's conveniently located with plenty of affordable dining options and markets nearby. It's a nice 30-minute stroll to the city center or to the Thames River. The 2 bedroom place itself was nicely remodeled. The city could do a better job maintaining the sidewalks."

"Unfortunately the house has seen better times, the flooring is in a bad state of of repair, sockets hanging of the walls and what looks like telephone cables loose and not connected, luckily we did not have young children with us otherwise I would have said unsafe. There was no heating or hot water in the property and whilst the host offered to get someone in on the 2nd night there was still no hot water which meant the family had to find alternatives. It’s also worth noting that whilst we booked the whole house we were left just 3 small towels, in hindsight it was a good job there was no hot water. After paying what felt like quite a bit, we were expecting a little more from what was a tired and somewhat grubby property, leaving us very disappointed and we certainly won’t be returning."
