"Lovely hotel, nicely situated close to the centre"

"No English, no German, just one Person who can speak a bit Russian. First they say everything is payed, then someone knocks on the door, because it's not."

"Nice place to stay in a nice little city! Called the reception in advance and they left the keys in the keybox outside."
