"Clean room. Guest service representative was kind. Great stay."

"The staff was very nice. My rooms were clean and comfortable so comfortable that I missed breakfast the manager they’re on site. She was amazing as well as Steve. Sorry I forgot her name but they were awesome."

"La instalación es antigua, la habitación tenía un olor desagrable,el agua caliente era poca y en resumen se veía todo viejo y gastado"

"Had multiple cockroaches on the first floor. First room was being smoked for bugs then they moved me into a different room that the AC didn’t work. Won’t return to this location"

"Towels had some stains on them and were thin and rough. Pillows were very thin and unsupportive and the bedding/mattress felt cheap. The room was otherwise clean, though is showing wear. The two room setup with a king and queen bed was a nice surprise and would be perfect for families. Price was right!"

It was fixed on the morning we left. We asked for an accessible room, and we had one. We didn't originally realized that a wheelchair could be rolled into the shower. "Good"

"The AC unit in our room flooded the floor"

"The staff were amazing. Heather- Manage and the entire staff showed compassion, kindness, and really seemed to care shut about their guest"

"first room was opposite the elevator; i asked to change which staff took care of and was helpful. Then the other room was stinky and moldy and the TV was not switched off and the staff also could not switch it off. Then he gave the 3rd room - which made my stay little better. Staff were helpful but the hotel needs better upkeep. Breakfast was also very very basic and meh!!"
