"They are apparently trying to renovate the property. They have a long way to go. I was on the third floor. This is the first motel that I have stayed in that did not have a elevator. Tried the breakfast the first morning, the eggs were cold and there was no orange juice. The third and last night a train went by twice blowing the horn and being so loud I thought it was coming through the wall."

"This has become my go-to hotel for my weekly stays in Pierre. The rooms are clean enough and comfortable, and there is at least one staff member I am always glad to see. Unfortunately, however, during my most recent stay, May 18-19, I forgot a black, leather skinny belt in one of the bureau drawers of the room I was checked into. By the time I realized I had forgotten my belt, it was gone, with at least two hotel employees, one of them apparently being the manager, informing me that housekeeping...
