Decent stay

The hotel was overall good. There was a small issue at check-in where the reception team had problems verifying the reservation through this site. The room was very spacious, but slightly dirty, with hair in the restroom, tub, and room carpet. Overall, the stay was average, the area was relatively calm, plenty of parking. For a overnight stay, this hotel met our expectation and would likely stay again.

The best part of the hotel is the pool. The room had a musty smell to it all the time. You can hear everything in the hall through the doors. Very noisy in the mornings. Location was good.

No water

Staff was nice and breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable but there was no water could not take shower or wash hands. Toilet was still flushing so there was that. When we called front desk no apology no offer to make up for inconvenience. Just said issue with city that’s it.

Employees were great, respectful, helpful. From the security guard, personnel at the breakfast area to the front desk attendants...they were all amazing. The breakfast was above average and a traditional North Mexico treat. Our room: the exhaust fan in the bathroom is too loud and it smell like sewer.
