We enjoyed our stay at the Heritage Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I really liked having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. It was a little warm in the room when we first got there, but the AC had it cool in no time. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed during Easter weekend. The staff went out of their way to make an Easter basket for our granddaughter. The staff was very kind and helpful. This is our second stay at this hotel and more than likely will stay here again the next time we visit the area. Thank you for all your help and the thoughtful gifts for our granddaughter.

Very no frills hotel

Unfortunately the AC in our first room didn't work due to electrical issues. The one in the second room also tripped the breaker but we got it going again. The beds are very thin mattresses and looking under the clean sheets I saw a large stain and the cover over the boxspring was dirty. Continental breakfast was small plastic wrapped muffins, empty juice pitchers and cereal. Sketchy looking area with old style hotel building in front of the newer building we stayed in. I would not have felt comfortable staying alone.

My only complaint would be the pillows but everything else was clean. The front desk was very polite!!!

Front desk staff was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly and helpful! Room was clean and very comfortable (A/C kept us very well cooled on a humid hot weekend). My wife and I travel often and have been more often disappointed than satisfied with accommodations. VERY satisfied with our stay and will definitely stay again when in the area.

I'm originally from Picayune and will often stay at the Heritage Inn during my visit. Overall, I thought the cleanliness for rooms and the property was exceptional. The service was great as well. However, there were a few notable issues that were of concern and hopefully will be addressed during my next stay: The internet seems to go out every morning for a few hours. I was hoping to use this time to continue working before I left for the day to visit friends and family. Secondly, there were no irons and ironing boards in either of the rooms. This was a tremendous inconvenience as I had to continue requesting for one at the front desk.

The place has roaches, the staff is never available, the morning breakfast is the worst. Outside of that, the area is really nice.

Very comfortable and convenient

The hotel and our room was very clean. It was cleaner than many of the higher rated hotels we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our only real complaint was how the room was stocked. There was only one bar of soap for the sink and the shower and it disintegrated quickly. There was only one coffee package and no creamer, sugar, or stirrer. Also only 2 towels. When asked we were provided additional items listed.

Nice hotel

Had a great experience for a quick getaway. Had more breakfast options to offer than some others hotels I have stayed at that just offered muffins and granola bars. The room was very clean and no nasty smells.

Maybe a little too much "eco-friendly". Could have used a plastic bag for laundry. More & better pressure at the faucets. A pad & pen to make notes. A listing of "nearby" facilities, restaurants etc.. Staff was friendly, & accommodating. Overall, - great. Thank you.
