"We arrived around noon, while checking in was only after 3pm. We were immediately informed by the very nice lady at the reception that , for early check in, we have to pay extra 30% from the room night value (already paid) ….usually in other more “customer friendly “ hotels, if you arrive early and there is a room ready, you get it without any additional payment. "The location is convenient, in center Arad. Plenty of parking (for a small fee). Breakfast was good, a variety of food and Julius Meinl coffee. The VIP perk was given to us only when we asked. They never offered an upgrade. Bedding was good; if the room faces the back of the hotel there is a huge noise that bothered me the whole time."
