"Beds were good and comfortable. Couch had visible sizable stains. Desk top was dirty. Bathroom baseboards dirty. Lock on bathroom door didn’t work. The main problem was the hotel was very full and half of the elevators didn’t work (2 of 4). Waiting a number of minutes to get to the lobby from the 12th floor resulted in us going up to go down. A couple of elevators stopped to reveal they were full. Was told if we took the stairs, at the bottom when exiting we would set off an alarm. So we went up on an ascending elevator to go down. Location is great. "

"The hotel is located in an absolutely perfect spot...The Reading Terminal Market is less than a minute away, as is much of Chinatown. The room was clean, and the staff promptly delivered the extra towels and blankets we requested. The big issue for me was the slippery shower/bath floor. No traction at all, which could easily result in a slip and fall. Other than that, a really nice place to stay..."

"The hotel was very nice and well located. A little chic and clean/comfortable. We had an issue with the shower drain. It drained slowly so it overflowed and water covered the bathroom floor. When reported the next day we got the sense that it was going to be taken care of."

"Parking too expensive especially for overnight if paying hundreds of dollars to stay parking should at least be free. $12 for internet just for one night crazyyy imagine having to stay for a month and you have to do work also the pool being permanently closed is a no no, no microwave. If you’re thinking of staying call ahead don’t just look at what they put on the website."
