Why is a closed hotel listed on HOTELS.COM? This company needs to do a better job searching and checking that a hotel is real. I was refunded my money only after complaining and calling several times. They have no proticals in place for actual check-ins. They are not checking if a property is real. I'm a gold memeber and see huge holes in this type of system.....

Buone le dimensioni della camera, pulizie giornaliere e ben fatte. Personale gentile e disponibile. Nel mio caso alloggiando al II piano, la camera non ha la luce naturale del sole ed i vetri sono satinati e non trasparenti. Non ho avuto il coraggio di aprire le finestre per vedere cosa ci fosse fuori. Ottima posizione

Great Location and Staff!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality received for what we paid. Very reasonable price, but great facility. The owners were very hospitable and the rooms more than adequate. Location was close enough to the center of things in Patong, but not so close the noise would keep you up. Highly recommend to others. I'll be back.

A bit disappointed ...

Very looking foreword to the gacuzzi in the hotel, however, it just come out the dust water. The host explain that's because no one use the gacuzzi for long time, so we change the water for 4 times. Finally the water become clean. But that's not the end, next day we want to use the gacuzzi, water become yellow again.... We stay 4 night but use thats once only.....

OK place for just the basics. If you want anything more than a basic room pay a little more and go somewhere else. The wife of the hotel was very nice, the husband not so much. Close to everything but I only stayed one night and went somewhere else

Nice hotel in a perfect location

We booked a family suite that consists of 2 bed rooms. Each rooms comes with a king size bed. The suite is modern and you get all what you need. Hotel staff are very friendly and they are always around to give you any help and advice. The hotel provides breakfast vouchers that can be used in the next door hotel. Location is perfect, just a walking distance from the beach, Jungcylon mall and Bangla road.

Price and location

I booked and stayed 2 days in late May. It's not a full services hotel so there is no bell hop or room services. We stayed at 2nd floor at the Jacuzzi room. The Jacuzzi tub is spacious and can fit 2 persons easily. Big king size bed pretty much takes up the bedroom. The AC unit takes over 2 hours the cool the room down when we first moved in. There are over 20 channels of mostly thai languages show on tv. There is a dvd played next to the tv. Bathroom offered shampoo and conditioner, shower cap and a soap bar only, so there are no toothbrushes or shaver. Location is nice but it a 10 minutes or more walk to patong beach but there are plenty of thing to see along the way. For the price i stayed at, i think it's worth it.

Great value budget hotel

This hotel is situated in a side street in the heart of Patong. This location has the advantage of being near to bars, restaurants and all the other "facilities" that Patong has to offer. However, the room is totally free from traffic and other noise, the bed is very comfortable and the manager, Eugene, deserves at least 5 stars for being totally helpful and friendly. For about £33 GPB this is an excellent budget hotel. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would happily stay there again.
