Our hotel is located in the central of Phuket town where is very convenient for tourists. We clean up our hotel every day and double check again before guests arrive. So, we are confident about our cleanness. Our room rate is reasonable price for private room with private bathroom. Your friend booked our room for you because of our good reviews. He also told us that you had some problems with other hotel nearby Phuket airport before you came to our hotel. We have never seen any cockroaches in any rooms and our lobby since we opened for 3 years. We do pest control every month in every room and lobby when we have no booking inside and around our hotel. Actually, if you found cockroach, you should show us. We didn’t find it when we checked your room. Other hotels had told us that they found some bugs in their rooms and beds because they came from outside with guests’ luggage.

Every guesthouse has basic facilities such as cable TV, free WiFi, A/C, water heater while all 4 – 5 star hotel generally provide more facilities such as fridge, safe and so on. It makes you more comfortable but you have to pay more. You can see our facilities on Expedia website. Cleanness and safety are the most important for us to operate our accommodation. There are many yummy restaurants, supermarket and other interesting places around our hotel. So, our guests can walk around and enjoy their time while stay with us.

You are customers who refused that you smoked in the room but we found ashes in bathroom and smelled burning from your room when you checked out. Actually you have to pay us 2,000 baht as can be seen in our house rule. We can keep only your deposit 500 baht because you ran away when your minibus came to pick you up that morning. Next time, when you stay in any hotel, please study and follow the house rule properly. Hotel can call police to arrest you to pay the fine if you break their house rule.
